The prime function of this role is to ensure all interactions with members are aligned with our vision, mission, and brand values, enabling a unique and rewarding experience for potential and current members. A genuine connection with new members during onboarding and orientation is crucial, being a key part of their health and fitness goals.

Ensuring the Club maintains and presents to high standards and expectations, including equipment and accessories, is essential. Safety of our team and Members is critical, and compliance with Health and Safety regulations and procedures must be ensured. Effective administration of systems, including management of relevant information, is also required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Relationships are everything - working closely and positively with your teammates to represent our company culture.

- Our member's experience is directly shaped by the way our team approach, help & support both potential and new members in our clubs. Ensure all interactions with all members is aligned with our vision, mission and brand values will enable a unique and rewarding experience for potential and current members.

- Ensuring when signing on and orientating a new member, you genuinely connect and build a relationship with that new member, being a key part of their health and fitness goals.

- **Facilities, Equipment and Stock Management**

- Maintaining the Club's presentation and upholding Revo's high standards is vital, including organized equipment and accessories.

- **Health and Safety**

- The safety of our team and Members is paramount; ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations and procedures is imperative.

- **Reporting and Administration**

- Managing administrative tasks effectively, such as handling member details and checklists while maintaining confidentiality, is necessary.

**Essential Skills and Experience:**

- Alignment to our Revo Brand, Values and Behaviours is crucial.

- Accountable for effective communication and customer-oriented practices.

- Interpersonal savvy and initiative to go above and beyond are desired traits.

- Maintaining valid First Aid & CPR certification is mandatory.
