We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Risk and Regulatory Delivery team on a permanent basis. The team is responsible for delivering complex Business and Wealth transformation programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will play a key role in our Financial Crime Compliance Program, working closely with stakeholders to deliver an uplift in capability to meet our obligations for onboarding new business customers, remediation, and maintenance for existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the achievement of business strategy by working with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information, and systems.
- Develop viable business cases that support targeted business outcomes and deliver business value.
- Manage projects to deliver solutions and capabilities that meet agreed scope, time, cost, quality, and risk appetite.
- Comply with group governance processes, ensuring stakeholders understand their role in delivery and required decision-making and escalation processes are in place to help achieve success.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience with relevant Risk and Regulatory delivery experience.
- Previous people leadership experience and expertise in agile project processes and tools.
- Experience within Financial Services is desirable but not essential.
