Resident Wellbeing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a talented and compassionate individual to join our team as a Resident Wellbeing Manager.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for creating vibrant, inclusive wellbeing programs in our villages, working closely with village teams to bring our Everyday Wellbeing promise to life.
  • This role involves leading initiatives such as dementia awareness, aged care partnerships, and volunteer programs, as well as being a trusted point of escalation for wellbeing concerns.
  • You will build strong partnerships with Home Care providers and wellbeing specialists, championing consistency and celebrating success across your region.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Village Manager or Wellbeing Coordinator looking to take their career to the next level. You will have strong community and customer experience skills, and be ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.

You will be at the forefront of wellbeing, working closely with Village Managers, Wellbeing Coordinators, Home Care partners, and local providers to deliver programs that truly make a difference.

  • Experience in retirement living, health, or wellbeing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to navigate complex situations with empathy and professionalism
