We are seeking a results-driven Culture & Capability Manager to lead our People function.
This role is ideal for professionals who want to build, drive and shape culture without compromising momentum.
Our VisionWe empower students with an ecosystem of effective tutoring, resources and support. Our weekly small-group sessions are delivered by young tutors who teach in a simple and engaging way. We also provide workshops, one-on-one support and a digital portal of resources and practice material.
Since launching, over 8,000 students and 250+ team members have joined our education platform. Our growth reflects our commitment to providing every student and parent with a premium learning experience.
What You'll Own- Create frameworks that hold leaders accountable (goals, feedback, reviews).
