You will serve as a subject matter expert on all technical aspects of our ultra-secure solutions and their deployment, providing pre-sales support for the federal government and defense market in Australia.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Skilfully present the technical merits of our security offerings, deliver compelling product demos and pilots, and expertly handle technical objections.
    • Using and configuring our security solutions to deliver actionable analytic results, and working closely with the client and our engineers to ensure successful pilot efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Knowledge

  • Excellent knowledge of security solutions and technologies, including:
    • Internet security
    • Anti-malware technologies
    • Proxy technologies
    • Experience with Windows, Linux, SIEM, information security, networking, scripting
    • Experience working in virtualized, networked environments, specifically VMWare and Hyper-V based systems
    • Practical information security experience to support the technical sales effort; including demonstrated knowledge of Web Security, Email Security and Secure Data Transfer solutions
    • Advanced understanding of enterprise networking, including SaaS and Cloud solutions, such as AWS and Microsoft Azure

Key Experience and Skills

  • Strong experience in a sales engineering/pre-sales role supporting critical security solutions
  • Eligible for security clearance, ideally you will already be cleared to at least NV1
  • Ability to work as part of a sales team to formulate account strategies
  • Experience with building strong relationships throughout the sales cycle with our customer's technical staff
