Digital Content Developer

About the Role:

The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission is seeking a skilled Digital Content Developer to support their team by converting technical documents into engaging web content.

This role involves maintaining and developing content in SharePoint that supports Commission staff to effectively interact with business units.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical competencies in producing high-quality digital content, strong time management skills, and the ability to work independently in an environment of change and ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop content in SharePoint that supports Commission staff to effectively interact with business units.
  • Assist in content publication including creating, editing, reviewing, and archiving digital content.
  • Develop site maps and page templates.
  • Contribute to documenting the team's processes.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent technical competencies in producing high-quality digital content.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to read, understand and interpret technical information.
  • Effective communication skills including building productive working relationships and presenting complex technical functions.
  • Strong technical skills in SharePoint, Visio, and DevOps.
  • Knowledge of Adobe editing tools and project management skills.
