Job Opportunity: Program Management Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Program Management Leader to drive the delivery of our Primary Care program.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the health sector, excellent leadership and project management skills, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Lead and manage the delivery of the Primary Care Program, including project planning, scheduling, and coordination with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee execution and delivery, ensuring timely, quality outcomes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement reporting frameworks, meeting cadence, and governance structures using tools like Jira and Miro.
  • Manage risks and compliance, including maintaining risk registers, conducting post-project reviews, and ensuring alignment with internal policies and ISO standards.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and highly autonomous individual who can take initiative and deliver effectively with minimal supervision. They will also possess strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution capabilities, with a track record of navigating complex environments to deliver results.

About This Role

This is a critical position that requires a seasoned professional to lead our Primary Care program to success. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality results, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and ISO standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale programs, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
