Retail Management Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Retail Assistant Managers to join our team at various locations across Northern Queensland.

About the Role

This is a management position that involves supporting daily operations, leading teams, and ensuring high standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with staff rostering, mentoring, and training
  • Managing food preparation and handling, volume cash handling and reconciliations
  • Maintaining exceptional customer service and operating the console
  • Merchandising, marketing, and stock management

You will be required to work across store trading hours, including weekends, and must be physically capable of lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for retail management
  • Experience in a similar role
  • The ability to maneuver heavy objects (lift up to 20kgs)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A flexible attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
