About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our dynamic pharmacy team at Epworth Freemasons Hospital, East Melbourne. In this role, you will deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services to inpatients and assist in the dispensary, ensuring all pharmacy operations meet our rigorous standards while promoting the safe and effective use of medicines.

Our pharmacy team works closely with medical staff, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be an integral part of this team, contributing to the development and implementation of medication therapy plans, conducting medication reviews, and providing education to patients and healthcare staff.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following:

  • Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA
  • Relevant pharmacy experience within Australia
  • Strong ability to manage your workload independently, paired with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals
  • A genuine passion for advancing your clinical skills and knowledge
