About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our pharmacy team as a Hospital Clinical Pharmacist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide safe and efficient clinical pharmacy services to patients.

  • Provide proactive recommendations and patient management on ward rounds and other occasions with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Supervise and mentor relevant pharmacy staff in the performance of their day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Ensure relevant pharmacy staff compliance with pharmacy and hospital procedures.
  • Contribute to extended scope of practice activities, such as Partnered Pharmacist Medicine Charting and Therapeutic Drug Monitoring adjustments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Registration as a pharmacist in Australia.
  • Relevant post-graduate qualification highly desirable.
  • Superior administrative and organisational skills, and the ability to work and communicate effectively with pharmacy staff and other health professionals.
