About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swimming Teacher to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging and effective swimming lessons that cater to the needs of our students
- Develop and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and productive learning experience
- Contribute to the development and implementation of swimming programs and initiatives
- Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance your teaching skills
Requirements
- Current AustSwim Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety
- Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
- Blue card
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
