We are seeking an exceptional Production Operator to join our team in a role that offers the perfect blend of hands-on responsibility and operational expertise.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Production Operator to play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of plant and equipment. Reporting to the Processing Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining optimal plant performance by conducting regular inspections, operating heavy machinery, and contributing to daily production targets. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will support the reliability and productivity of site operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in a minerals processing or heavy industrial environment
  • Exposure to Control Room operations within a processing plant
  • Operational knowledge of front-end loaders, water trucks, HR dump trucks, forklifts, light vehicles, and bobcats
  • A valid Light Vehicle license
