About This RoleOur team are passionate about engaging with university students to attract remarkable talent. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of student recruitment cycles and contributing to ongoing early careers recruitment strategy
- End-to-end candidate and application management in an ATS including online testing, review video interviews and shortlisting candidates
- Responding to candidate enquiries via phone and email
- Working closely with People & Culture teams and Partners to run Assessment Centre activities, interviews and in-house events
- Building relationships with key partners including student associates/societies, university careers services and industry groups
Requirements include strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills, a proactive approach to work and ability to take initiative, build relationships and work as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using an applicant tracking system or CRM.
