Fashion Retail Sales Consultant

We are an Australian-based multi-brand fast-fashion destination that provides customers with value, quality, and on-trend outfits through an enthusiastic, fun, and professional team. Our store offers a wide range of fashionable clothing for men and women.
Job OverviewThis is a part-time sales assistant role in our Armadale store where you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to every customer in the store. You will be focused on building rapport with regular customers and providing care and fashion consultation in a professional yet friendly manner.
Salary & BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately $40,000 per year, paid bi-weekly. In addition to this, employees receive a generous employee discount, recognition program, service awards, recruitment referral incentives, competitions, and giveaways.
Daily ResponsibilitiesYour day-to-day responsibilities will include staying on top of stock levels, connecting/consulting with customers to drive store sales results, maintaining in-store visual merchandising, and supporting duties as required. You will also be exposed to opportunities to work in various areas of the store such as on the sales floor, front register, fitting room assistance, and in the store reserves.
Required Skills & Qualifications- You should have a genuine passion for fashion and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- You must be proactive, hands-on, and self-driven, thriving when provided with challenges and able to work well either in a team or autonomously.
- You will need to have an eye for fashion styling and desire to continuously exceed customers' expectations.
To be successful in this role, you will genuinely love fashion, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and be passionate about success. You will need to be flexible to work rotational weekend rosters including late-night trade.
