Job Title: Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at TPG Telecom. As a key member of our IT leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Executive General Manager IT & Digital and IT General Managers to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives that drive business value.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize capital investment opportunities.
  • Support the development of financial models and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Drive process improvements and optimize financial planning and analysis processes.
Requirements:
  • CPA/CIMA/CA or equivalent qualification.
  • 5+ years of experience in a finance leadership role.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve competing priorities.
