Finance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at TPG Telecom. As a key member of our IT leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our IT cost structure to drive company value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Executive General Manager IT & Digital and IT General Managers to develop and implement efficient cost-saving strategies.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the IT leadership team to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and manage the annual budget, Rolling Forecast, and Long-range plan in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Lead the development of capital investment criteria to ensure business case integrity and robustness.
  • Support the overall One TECH organisation initiatives and drive improvement in processes, reporting, and analysis of monthly results.
Requirements:
  • Preferred CPA/CIMA/CA or equivalent qualification.
  • 5+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with a strong background in financial analysis and planning.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and steer actions and decision-making at Exec level.
  • Strong Excel skills, including experience in financial modeling.
