CU Services Pty Limited is seeking an exceptional Litigation Specialist to join our Commercial Litigation team. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned lawyer with commercial litigation and/or regulatory experience to thrive in a collaborative environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Litigation Specialist who can engage in briefing counsel, drafting correspondence, preparing advices, and assisting with proceedings. Your expertise will be valuable in handling significant corporate litigation and other regulatory investigations and prosecutions undertaken by Australian regulatory bodies, including ASIC.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience from a reputable disputes practice.
  • Commercial litigation and/or regulatory experience, preferably with familiarity with Supreme/Federal Court litigation.
  • Strong academic results and excellent communication skills.
  • An ability to work independently yet collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

You will have a passion for delivering exceptional client service and building effective relationships. As a valued member of our team, you will be encouraged to mentor junior lawyers and develop your people leadership capabilities.
