Lead Café Operations

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee multiple café venues. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and excellence in customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement daily operations strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage staff effectively, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Coordinate events and functions to drive revenue and improve customer experience

Menu Planning:

  • Collaborate with chefs and management to plan and develop menus that meet customer demands and business goals

Customer Experience:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling requests promptly and professionally

Selection Criteria:

To be eligible for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management position in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office

Requirements:

- Diploma in hospitality management (desirable)
- At least 5 years of experience in hospitality management (desirable)
- Valid work authorization in Australia (desirable)
