We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Assistant Manager to join our team at Drake Supermarkets. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with store managers to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
