About the Role

The Corporate Finance practice group is undergoing strong growth through delivery of high-quality engagements, referrals from its broad and lucrative network, and proactive partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake complex valuations of a broad range of entities
  • Prepare detailed financial modeling, undertake in-depth analysis of key commercial and financial aspects of target businesses, perform market research, and run Monte Carlo simulations
  • Assist in M&A and due diligence engagements
  • Involved in client engagements, in-depth analysis of financials and operations, business/economic research areas, and compilation of business reports
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of creditable commercial valuations experience within Corporate Finance, gained within Chartered or a Corporate Advisory Firm
  • CA/CPA, hold a Master's in Applied Finance, and/or studying the CFA
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral), highly pragmatic, a team-player, and comfortable and adaptable with advising clients on complex matters
