Electrical Leadership Role

This leadership position oversees site activities under the direction of a Project Manager, leading multiple teams of electrical workers and coordinating with engineers to ensure quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct all on-site operations in alignment with project objectives.
  • Manage team performance, allocating resources efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to implement cost-effective construction methodologies.
  • Work closely with the Project Engineer to guarantee all work meets high quality, environmental, and health & safety requirements.
  • Provide Quality Assurance and sign off on relevant tasks in accordance with project and compliance regulations.
  • Coordinate resource allocation to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify potential challenges or issues and direct resolution efforts accordingly.
  • Assist the Project Managers with tracking Apprentices' progress and work standards.
  • Maintain effective client and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Requirements:
  • Hold a valid QLD Electrical Workers Licence.
  • Possess a current manual Driver's Licence.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organisational and planning skills, alongside a keen eye for detail.
  • Exhibit strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative team approach.
  • Be confident in managing, up-skilling, and mentoring apprentices as needed.
  • Display a flexible and adaptable attitude.
  • Strongly commit to workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures.
