About this Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood leader to join our team as Campus Director at our Rose Bay Village campus.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our team of passionate educators to drive quality practices and deliver exceptional outcomes for our children and families.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Early Childhood education, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with children, families, and the local community.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs and services
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive quality practices and improve outcomes for children and families
  • Building and maintaining relationships with children, families, and the local community
  • Collaborating with the Operations Lead to ensure effective management of the campus
  • Participating in centre-wide initiatives and projects to drive continuous improvement
