We are looking for dedicated Early Childhood professionals with the skills and experience to sucessfully take on the role of room leader.

You will be collaborating with passionate educators who have exceptional relationships with children, families and the local community.

This centre has an established place in the community and a fantastic reputation locally.

**Room Leader role**

In 2025, You will take on the role of 4-5 (Preschool) room leader with up to 18 children and another educator. Annual reviews will take place with the Director to assign rooms and future opportunities.

We have all the tools and technology to help you succeed including technology ie StoryPark, Xplore, Playground, iPads laptops not to mention our fantastic pedagogy specialists and support teams to guide you and help you to develop practice as well as your career.

As room leader, you will mentor and guide your colleagues as well as collaborating with the leadership team and OAC network.
- You will prepare and deliver age appropriate activities for children with safety and child protection in mind.
- You will supervise and interact with the children as well as leading group times and facilitating opportunities for children to learn through play.
- You will document children's learning using Storypark and share your programming cycle with your team.
- Your role will enable you to act as a mentor to guide and inspire the team, share ideas for best practice and lead critical reflection
