Key Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing complex commercial relationships and driving business growth.


Job Summary:

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for delivering tailored solutions to a portfolio of high-value clients, fostering strong relationships through exceptional service and expert insights.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customized strategies to meet the evolving needs of high-profile clients, ensuring consistent revenue growth and increased market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative financial solutions, leveraging expertise in transactional banking, commercial lending, working capital finance, asset finance, and risk management.
  • Manage client relationships, providing proactive support and resolving issues efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client portfolios, leveraging industry knowledge and network connections.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial banking, with a proven track record of successfully managing high-value client relationships and driving business growth.
  • Expertise in delivering complex financial solutions, including transactional banking, commercial lending, and risk management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
