Youth Care Team Lead

The ideal candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team, providing coordinated care to vulnerable populations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead with integrity and excellence in all aspects of this role.
- Schedule and facilitate team meetings to discuss issues and cases.
- Cultivate a collaborative work environment that promotes youth empowerment.
- Manage human resources, including hiring, training, promoting, managing, and terminating staff as required.
- Maintain proactive employee relations to achieve optimal performance.
- Ensure adherence to relevant policies and procedures.
- Identify, plan, schedule, deliver, and/or coordinate relevant training or professional development.
- Update, develop, and evaluate policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Social Services Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum three years' experience leading a team to offer coordinated care to vulnerable populations.
- Trained in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, Brain Story Certification, and/or Mental Health First Aid.
- Valid, up-to-date, and clear background checks and certifications.
This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality services.
