We are currently seeking a Roll Forming Production Specialist to join our operations team at Gepps Cross.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with flexible working arrangements, health and wellbeing initiatives, traineeship and apprentice programs, career development opportunities, paid parental leave and more.

As a Roll Forming Production Specialist, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling products to meet the customers' requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Operating various fixed plant machinery including overhead cranes
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Collaborating with team members, other departments and projects
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Adhering to critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to learn Stratco products
  • Strength and fitness to undertake frequent movement and lifting tasks
  • Basic awareness of safety standards and alertness of moving parts and people
  • Experience with sheetmetal manufacturing equipment (folders, press & breaks) will be highly regarded
  • A strong mechanical aptitude with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
