**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Stratco’s** Gepps Cross manufacturing and roll form facility is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic metal processing operators to join their operations team to manufacture and assemble products for our trade and retail customer base.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manufacturing goods to our customers' requirements
- Operating metal folding, roll form and pressing machines and general sheet metal equipment
- Picking and packing products
- Interpreting product drawings
- Participate in training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment
- Demonstrate attention to detail and be quality assurance focused
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience using Sheetmetal manufacturing equipment, particularly roll form machines and metal bending machinery (folders, press & breaks) will be highly regarded
- Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers’ needs
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Commitment to producing quality products
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace

**These are permanent full-time opportunities working either Day Shift (7:30am - 3:30pm) **or Afternoon Shift (3:30pm - 11:30pm).**
