Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled childcare professional to provide top-notch care for our three children, aged 3 and 1.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute daily activities, outings, and educational experiences tailored to each child's interests and needs
  • Establish a daily routine that promotes healthy habits, socialization, and independence
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, considering dietary restrictions and preferences
  • Engage in play, reading, and other interactive activities that stimulate learning and creativity
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed about daily events, milestones, and any concerns
  • Develop and implement strategies to address behavioral issues or challenges

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive nanny or similar role
  • Diploma or degree in early childhood education, childcare, or related field (desired)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • First aid and CPR certification
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field
  • Experience working with children of similar ages
  • Knowledge of child development principles and practices
  • Familiarity with curriculum planning and implementation
