Compassionate Childcare Provider

Our organization seeks a dedicated caregiver to provide top-notch childcare for our 1-2 year old daughter. We are a loving family and need someone who is flexible with their hours and days, but can commit to at least 11-20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in play-based activities that stimulate cognitive and emotional development.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes independence and self-confidence.
- Prepare healthy snacks and meals, taking into account any dietary restrictions or allergies.
- Maintain open communication regarding the child's daily activities, milestones, and any concerns.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in childcare or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- First aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Preferred Qualities:
- An early childhood education degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with pets is beneficial, as we have a pet-friendly household.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an asset.
