We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, and share this with customers.

You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic, and able to work on their feet for long periods of time.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice on our products to customers
  • Building strong relationships with customers
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • The ability to work on your feet for long periods of time and perform moderate to heavy lifting up to 17kg
  • A current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification
