Senior Citrix Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Citrix Specialist to join our team of technical experts.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the support and maintenance of Citrix environments, including remote support and on-site visits when required. You will also be responsible for requirements gathering and working on Citrix and NetScaler projects for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain Citrix environments, including remote support and on-site visits when required
  • Requirements gathering and working on Citrix and NetScaler projects for customers
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years' experience as a Senior System Engineer with expertise in Citrix and NetScaler technologies
  • Experience and background supporting Windows Server, infrastructure applications, and cloud technologies
  • Citrix DaaS/Virtual Apps and Desktops Administration and configuration
  • Citrix Netscaler Administration and configuration
  • User profile management via UPM, FSLogix, and Ivanti DesktopNow
  • Windows Server Systems Administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Patch Management
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Server technology products
  • Managing workloads and resources with public cloud environments (Azure and AWS)
  • Managing virtual environments utilising infrastructure such as VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Sound knowledge of backup and disaster recovery methodologies using tools such as Veeam, NetBackup and CommVault
