Key responsibilities of the Training Development Specialist include designing and developing learning programs, using training packages and accredited courses to meet employee needs, planning, organizing and delivering group and individual-based learning, facilitating learning in the workplace, creating, implementing and managing assessment activities and processes.

This position will involve collaborating with healthcare facilities to teach competencies from training packages across Certificate II to a Diploma level. Advising participants on career pathways and areas of potential future training and employment is also required.

To be successful in this role, applicants must have a TAE40110: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent. Previous experience working in healthcare is preferred but not essential.
