Labour Solutions Australia is seeking a talented merchandiser to partner with a top wholesale supplier of fresh flowers and potted plants.

In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and maintaining engaging floral and potted displays within major supermarkets across Australia.

This role involves working independently in Epping and surrounding areas with a regular schedule of 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday, Saturday), approximately 18-22 hours per week. Your shift times may start between 6-7am.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Maintaining the company's product range in-store at major supermarket chains within your designated area.
  2. Creating eye-catching point of sale displays to showcase products.
  3. Liaising with store managers to ensure timely restocking and resolving any issues.
  4. Receiving and stocking products from the loading dock (up to 12kgs lifting required).
  5. Cleaning display areas and conducting quality checks.
  6. Providing outstanding customer service and effective communication with store and department managers.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:

  1. A reliable vehicle with an Australian driver's license.
  2. Prior retail or merchandising experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong presentation, creativity, and physical fitness for working independently.
