We're on the hunt for a Retail Store Manager to lead the #GhandaGang in Watergardens, VIC

Each of our Cluster, Regional and State Managers and Visual Merchandisers began their Ghanda journey on the shop floor, joining us as either a Sales Assistant or Store Manager.
Born out of Torquay, VIC in the early 2000s with nothing but a dream to design and deliver a collection of affordable, high-quality garments not yet met by the market, Ghanda Clothing has quickly become a household name, as the largest 100% Australian-owned and operated clothing brand, with over 100 locations across the nation.
A day in the lifeAs a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:
- Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members.
- Driving the Ghanda values with your store team.
- Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
- Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space.
- Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance.

- With demonstrated leadership experience - who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values.
- Who thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously.
- With similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a deal-breaker - At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience.
