Job Title: Ambitious Combat Leadership Director

 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the strategy and delivery of a high-profile program within our Capability Sustainment and Modernisation operational unit. As the Director, you will oversee all aspects of the scope of services, ensuring effective HSE and quality management, technical assurance, and financial control.

This is a unique opportunity to join our team and make a lasting impact on the industry. You will be responsible for driving business development and project delivery, advancing knowledge and exploitation of technology, and developing long-term strategic relationships with customers and partners.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, business management/administration or equivalent
  • Strong Maritime background
  • Extensive professional experience in project or program management within the Defence domain
  • Comprehensive experience in managing Tier 1 maritime sustainment services
  • Significant experience in management of major programs comprised of multidisciplinary teams
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills

This role requires an active Negative Vetting 1 Defence Security Clearance. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Defence domain and the ability to work effectively with customers and partners.
