We are seeking an experienced Agile Software Engineering Team Lead to join our Intelligence business line in Canberra. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of software engineers to build and deliver mission-critical systems for our Federal Government customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of software engineers to design, develop, and deploy complex software systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine our approach and methods
- Develop and implement agile story mapping and estimation techniques
- Integrate and deploy complex systems using SecDevOps practices
- Lead Agile ceremonies, customer demonstrations, and engagement activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Agile software development methodologies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with integration with external systems and CI/CD tools
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
