Job Overview

This role is a vital component of delivering exceptional visitor and occupant experiences at a Sydney headquarters.

As a member of the client floor team, you will work alongside the reception staff to provide best-in-class service, ensuring seamless interactions with every visitor and occupant.

  • Develop and implement strategies to create enjoyable and memorable arrival experiences that align with the client's brand and culture.
  • Uphold operational excellence for client and visitor experiences by fostering a proactive and helpful atmosphere across all touch points.
  • Efficiently administer the client floor, including meeting rooms, AV facilities, and break-out areas.
  • Collaborate in maintaining the client areas to provide an optimal working environment and functionality for all employees and visitors.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, administration, or workplace management, specialising in customer-centric interactions, preferably within luxury or hospitality sectors.
  • Proven experience in customer-centric roles in business-to-business and customer-facing environments.
  • Results-driven individual with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively within deadline-driven environments and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Team-oriented professional who collaborates to overcome obstacles and achieve collective success.
