Reception and Client Services Professional

We take pride in supporting over 10,000 residents and clients across residential aged care homes, home care, retirement living, day therapy and day respite centres.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Roster management (desirable)
  2. Demonstrated customer service experience in fast-paced environments
  3. Maintaining confidentiality
  4. Problem-solving skills
  5. Familiarity with sales processes (desirable)
