Medical Director Opportunity in General Medicine

About the Role:
JPS Medical Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to join our client's General Medicine Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the medical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of the department's strategic plans.
About the Facility:
The hospital is a major regional rural referral hospital, serving the North West area of NSW. With a recent $220 million redevelopment, the hospital now boasts 348 treatment spaces and conducts over 9,000 surgical procedures annually across 5 theatres. The trauma centre is equipped with a locally based helicopter retrieval service and is complemented by an extensive network of locally based Medical Specialists.
Requirements:
- Registered with AHPRA and have at least 12 months recent experience in General Medicine
- On RACP training program
- IMG's eligible for Competent Authority Pathway - UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, NZ
- IMG's with RACP interview date
- IMG's assessed by RACP and found to be partially or substantially comparable.
