Medical Director Opportunity in General Medicine

About the Role
JPS Medical is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our General Medicine Department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our medical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our medical staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Represent JPS Medical in external forums and partnerships, promoting our organization's reputation and interests.
Requirements
- Registered with AHPRA and have at least 12 months recent experience in General Medicine.
- On RACP training program.
- IMG's eligible for Competent Authority Pathway - UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, NZ.
- IMG's with RACP interview date.
- IMG's assessed by RACP and found to be partially or substantially comparable.
