We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Healthcare Professional to join our team.
About the Role:
- Deliver exceptional clinical care to residents, adhering to best practice nursing procedures.
- Provide leadership and coaching to colleagues, promoting a positive work environment.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all policies and procedures.
Key Requirements:
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
- Current registration with AHPRA, following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Thorough understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in AN-ACC assessment processes.
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of age-related health issues.
- Effective coaching/training skills and conflict resolution abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to apply for Police Check and NDIS clearance.
