Clinical Speech Pathologist

About the Role
">We are seeking a Clinical Speech Pathologist to join our team in a Permanent Part-Time capacity.
The successful candidate will rotate through our different wards, providing experience in acute surgical, orthopedic, and medical caseloads, as well as the inpatient Hyson Green Mental Health Unit.
New graduates are not encouraged to apply, as experience is essential for this role.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Providing clinical assessment and treatment to inpatients;
- Maintaining high levels of documentation and communication;
- Participating in non-clinical duties, including quality improvement activities;
Requirements
">- Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) or equivalent qualification;
- Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia;
- Clinical experience in a hospital setting or equivalent aged care setting with dysphagia experience and knowledge;
- Commitment to ongoing continual professional development;
- Effective written and verbal communication and time management skills;
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and as a sole clinician;
- Demonstrated ability to apply quality improvement activities in the workplace;

">Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience;
