Learning and Development Specialist

Overview:

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of our young learners. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to design and implement engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality learning materials and activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum frameworks that align with national standards and regulations.
  • Support the development of individualized learning plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each child.
  • Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters respect, empathy, and understanding among children, families, and staff.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
