Sonographer Leader Role

This leadership position requires passion, experience, and expertise in sonography. As a Lead Sonographer, you will oversee and coordinate sonography operations across multiple sites, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, clinical quality, and team performance.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of post-qualification experience as a Sonographer, strong general and advanced sonography skills, and excellent communication skills. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment is required.
This role involves leading, mentoring, and uplifting a high-performing sonography team, championing a positive workplace culture, providing training and supervision for staff, and driving service improvements in collaboration with site leaders and national teams.
