Brand Strategist

The Brand Strategist leads the development and implementation of internal and external communication and marketing strategies for a key organisational unit. This includes designing, coordinating, and delivering communication plans, campaigns, promotions, collateral, publications, and internet content to support the organisation's vision and operations.

This role provides leadership and expert strategic advice on communications design, strategies, and processes to ensure high-quality, timely, and impactful communication activities and assets. It involves leading a highly-productive team and managing creative projects to inform and engage stakeholders and enhance the organisation's brand and reputation.

As the brand custodian, the position oversees the overall management and review of the organisation's brand and ensures quality assurance across all touchpoints.

  • The Brand Strategist has strategic oversight of digital services, responsible for developing and supporting online platforms available to the community and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing internal and external communication and marketing strategies;
  • Liaising with senior management and direct reports to ensure effective communication and collaboration;
  • Leading a highly-productive team to manage creative projects and deliver high-quality communication activities and assets;
  • Oversight of digital services, including online platform development and support.
