About the Role

We are seeking a Casual Field Representative to join our team and provide services in the hardware and gardening departments at stores. You will work with products across Dulux, Selleys, Yates, and Cabots to grow and win in the marketplace.

The focus of the role is to deliver visual merchandising services aligned to service level agreements and support train and deliver projects. You will be an ambassador for our business and build strong relationships with teams.

In this autonomous role you will play a key role in enabling sales teams to execute their roles support their strategies and provide the best possible shopping experience for consumers. You will also have the opportunity to understand marketing fundamentals from the ground up.

Although this is a casual role there are multiple pathways for development into other businesses within the company and/or full-time roles.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining key customer relationships
  • Ordering merchandising and stock presentation (including manual handling)
  • Maintaining in-store displays
  • Ensuring products are priced and ticketed correctly
  • Assisting with major planogram initiatives
Skills & Experience
  • Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware (desirable but not essential)
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Holding a valid driver's license and having own vehicle
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively use technology and various digital applications and systems
  • Strong time management prioritisation skills and own initiative
