Job Description:

Field Representative Role Summary

This role is responsible for delivering in-store visual merchandising services and supporting the sales teams to execute their roles effectively. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and able to learn and use technology efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware, hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle. They will also be able to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and work autonomously.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain key customer relationships with retailers and suppliers.
  2. Order, merchandise and stock products in-store, including manual handling of stock.
  3. Maintain in-store displays and ensure products are priced and ticketed correctly.
  4. Assist with major planogram initiatives and support in-store projects.
  5. Be an in-store ambassador for our business and build strong relationships with both Bunnings and DuluxGroup teams.

Requirements:
  • Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and use technology efficiently.
