Senior Product Manager/ Senior Business Analyst – Treasury

Our Banking and Financial Services Treasury team collaborates with Product, Credit, Finance, Technology, Data, and Platform teams to optimize business opportunities within acceptable risk parameters.
The team maintains close ties with Macquarie's Risk Management, Financial Management, People, and Engagement groups.

Role Responsibilities
You will triage change requests, conduct impact assessments, and collaborate with stakeholders across the ecosystem to identify needs, translating these into requirements and user stories.
You will map and analyze current processes and data flows, identify inefficiencies, and design future state processes, working closely with data & platform teams to ensure regulatory and risk compliance.
Qualifications
Minimum 7 years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking and financial services
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders at all levels
Understanding of agile methodologies and mindset
Experience with regulatory projects in financial sector is preferred
