Warehouse Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing and supervising warehouse operations, with a strong focus on safety, quality, delivery, service, and cost targets.
This is an opportunity to join a team based at our facility in Henderson, where you will be responsible for leading workshop and warehouse operations teams to achieve best-in-class performance.
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety management systems and legislative requirements, managing the safety culture within the sphere of operation, and overseeing the development, management, and continual improvement of workflow processes.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining daily timesheets, ensuring accuracy of time allocated to jobs, and providing consistent and regular feedback on performance to team members.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in warehouse and or workshop leadership.
Other key requirements include exposure and familiarity with minerals processing equipment, experience in manufacturing/repairing minerals process equipment, lean practices, independent, proactive thinking, and the ability to plan work schedules.
