About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Service Consultant to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a national portfolio of motor claims and handling inbound/outbound calls.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Managing a national based portfolio of motor claims
  • Handling inbound/outbound calls
  • Providing excellent customer service to our customers
  • Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures

About You

  • High level of customer service experience, ideally within a claims environment
  • Insurance knowledge/background would be highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Confidence to learn, access and use different systems and software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A team player attitude, with a focus on supporting and respecting others
